Welcome to SHIFT For Web/Outlook, our file transfer service. Before using this service, please read these terms and conditions carefully.

  1. Content Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor the content of files transferred through our service to ensure compliance with these terms. We may remove or refuse to transfer any files that violate these terms or are otherwise objectionable.
  2. Ownership of Content: You retain ownership of any files you transfer through our service. By transferring files, you do not grant us any license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
  3. Data Security: While we take measures to secure the transmission of files, we do not guarantee the security of transmitted data. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your data.
